Friends of Glenfall House

With the support of an active Friends Group the house benefits from extra features which provide for the comfort of those who stay here.

We hold a programme of events for Friends throughout the year and send out newsletters.

We welcome people to join us who wish to share in the pleasure of being at Glenfall House and who would enjoy working together to generate enthusiasm and support for our retreat house.

2008 Events

April 21st - Social Evening - £10
A chance to enjoy a glass of wine and light refreshments and meet the new director of Glenfall House, Liz Palin. 

July 15th - The Friends Annual Barbeque - £11
Enjoy a summer evening chatting and relaxing in the beautiful gardens, (weather permitting!) along with some delicious barbeque food.

September 29th - An evening with… Simon Trapnell of Nature in Art - £10
Nature in Art is the world’s first museum dedicated exclusively to fine, decorative and applied art inspired by nature.  We look forward to welcoming Simon to Glenfall to talk about his work

December 17th - Friends Carol Evening - £donation
What better way to prepare to celebrate Christmas than singing carols in the magnificent hall at Glenfall? Carols, readings, mulled wine and mince pies. Perfect.
